Whats Up With The Gang Signs?

Is throwing up Gang Symbols the new thing to do in a picture?
I mean is everyone in today's society a thug?
What is your take on this?

    I intentionally picked gangs because normally you see them saggin but you really wouldn't want to comfront them regarding bustin-a-nut with cha, I believe they don't consider the request before them emzines turn to beat the behine LOL 'ya boi' diclikyalik
