Lawyers say : No Sexual Contact on Tyler Clementi Webcam

Defense Attorney's of Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei, the two former Rutgers students accused of broadcasting Tyler Clementi's ( the Rutgers University freshman who jumped to his death off the George Washington Bridge after his roomate secretly recorded and livestreamed his sexual ecounter with another man) encounter now claim the webcam was seen only a single computer and there was no sex or nudity.

The star ledger reports.....
"The students watched the live internet feed on Wei’s computer in her room, the attorneys and friends said. It showed Clementi and another man hugging and kissing, but nothing more, they said. I’m unaware of any evidence of sexual contact,' said Rubin Sinins, Wei’s attorney. 'The statute defining sexual contact refers to nudity and private parts, and, to my knowledge, nothing like that was seen. I’m also unaware of any evidence that any video was recorded, reproduced or disseminated in any way.''
I just think this is an attempt to find a loop hole around the fact that they were caught doing something that caused poor Tyler to kill himself. I don't think it had anything to do with their being sexual contact or not, it was fact that the video got out and could have possibly gotten back to his parent whom had no idea that he was a homosexual, and that was what he was afraid of. Who would have thought that one kid would cause a domino effect of teen homosexual suicides.
